It’s 5am and you’re wondering why is Joel up this early in the morning on a Saturday? Besides being an early riser I couldn’t wait to share with you some good news.
As some of you know, last week, on our newsletter (Jan 15 – 20 Issue) we ran a quick survey asking you two simple questions:
- What’s 1 thing you love at BingoVega.com
- What’s 1 thing you think we should do differently at BingoVega.com
Well, we received some amazing feedback and I wanted to let the community know, your voice matters at Bingo Vega and most importantly, it is heard.
As a result of your suggestions, here are some of the new iniatives we will be rolling out in the coming days and weeks:
- Send out scratch cards every month for a chance to win free bingo prizes and cash
- Offer a debit card payout solution – we’re working on this and hope to have it ready soon
- Faster crediting of BBs of your chat wins – we will toss out the 24 hour waiting period and implement a speedier crediting system in the weeks to come
- Smaller deposits amount – right now, the minimum deposit at vega is $25, we’ll be introducing a $10 and $20 level as well in the coming days
- Instant crediting of funding bonus
- More game and pattern varieties across all bingo rooms
- A room with variety of card costs and prizes (we actually tested this last night as part of the Friday Mixer Event)
- Give BBs back on payout flow back
Over the course of the next few days and weeks, we’ll be rolling out some of these new changes. Stay tuned to the vega blog, facebook fan page and newsletter for all the details.

I will definitely like the new patterned games. I vote for more straight bingos maybe a stamp or two stamps and 4 corners would be nice too. My other suggestion would be to change the 30 day deposit-to-cash-out rule to 60 days. If you happen to hit a winning streak clsoe to the end of your 30 day time-frame you may miss out on getting a cash-out if your request falls on a holiday, and the next day you can cash-out is after the 30 days because you can only request a wiyjdrawal on certain days. That happened to me this week. My 30 days was up on Jan. 19 so I requested a cash-out on Monday Jan. 18 but it was a holiday so it was denied, I couldn't do it again until Wed. Jan. 20 but by then my 30 days was up so I missed out on getting my money. If it was 60 days or even 45 that would give you an extra day or two to make sure you get it in time even it is a holiday. I'm in Hong Kong right now and didn't see this till today. I think these are great ideas. I was wondering whether you may have special games for night owls like myself like on two or three games per hour with good pots.

Well dang Joel ya know you got most of us at scratch off tickets, Glad flow backs will count as they are still deposits. Lasy member of the month was november are you going to end that program with a december one?

HI Julie1960 ty for the feedback. Although I can't promise we'll extend the deposit rule from 30 to 60, I can promise you, that we'll be taking another look at the payout process at vega and hope to make further improvements as we've done in 2009 and early 2010.

I also would like faster pay-outs. I requested one on Jan.4 It was finally approved on Jan. 11 and have yet to receuve it. First it was supposed to go to e-wallet now I requested a cashiers check and it was supposed to go out on Jan 25 now it might be next week> I agree withe other person. Yiu have no problem taking our money but where is our money when we win? In cyber-space somewhere? This is getting very frustrating and very old quick. Julie

I think Vega should open a new room on Sun,Mon,Wed for 3hr for the team bingo players only. Team bingo is really fun to play but its very hard for the teams to compete when there is 60/100 people in the room, you cant hardly get a win you have some of the same people winning every game and there not playing teams so that takes the win away.

Bingo Vega Management– I would look at all the negative comments about the changes in the dipper m/w and asteroids rooms if I were you. There is some posted on here the blog but most are on facebook. A LOT of people are mad and some say they are leaving unless you change back. It is a lot of changes at once the worst ones in my opinon were to the asteroids room. I am not paying 50 cents a card to win $10–20.

I agree with Kisha! You could open another room such as the 2nd chance room and it only be open to those who pre-registered for teams. The deadline for pre-registering could be 24 hours in advance so that there's time to set the teams up evenly and fairly and there could be the requirement for prebuying a certain amount of cards to guarantee that someone doesn't back out (such as 5-10 card minimum where the money would be withdrawn from their account instead of just set up to buy if the money is in their account like it usually does). It's frustrating when you're playing teams and someone comes in, says they want to play, and then leaves in the middle of teams so you're short a player.
I love the idea of scratch cards! I can't wait for those! And the return of bb's on payout flow back. I love it! Thank you!

I am just looking for a bingo game the way it is hyped..as a friendly, meet people chat, entertainment activity that is NOT dog-eat dog.way too expensive, highly competitive “play” that can dry up your pocket and get ya nothing but frustrated from seeing the high rollers win repeatedly.Where is the casual room with a max of 10 or 12 cards where one can actually call this relaxing and fun? It is better to win 10 bucks than no bucks…day after day. You can pretend all ya want that your there for the fun, but we know you are there to win, and if your counting on lady luck, DONT! Luck is not fickle when your competing with maxers and big spenders.Sites love it, but the player that is on a smaller entertainment budget does not.Vega is infamous for same winners..day after day… seen some win 10- 20 times in less than an hour and everyone else just spends.defies odds!
