What happened to the games on Wednesday?
Last night, we experienced some technical difficulties and endured some downtime while we tried to bring the site up as quickly as possible. As bad as this situation might be during regular Vega hours; the effect of this downtime was even worse because it just so happened to coincide with our free $100 games. 
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you. I can understand everyone’s upset at what happened last night – and rightfully so. No one benefits from server downtime. However, thanks to our fast acting tech team, they were able to track down the issue and repair it. It should be smooth sailing from here.
What’s going to happen to the missed games?
Since the $100 games didn’t run last night, we would like to make it up to our players by scheduling the missed games for this Saturday. That’s right, we’ll have a full weekend of $100 games on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Here is the updated schedule for the $100 free guaranteed bingo games inside the Big Dipper room:
Thursday $800 Free Guaranteed in cash Prizes
- Time: 11pm to 12am EST

As disappointed as we are where, we know this happens from time to time and it isn't anyones fault. I think it is very genourous of Vega to schedule a full night of $100. games for Saturday. Vega and the techs are the greatest and I appreciate being able to play here. Thank you all!

Just want to say thank you for offering another night of 100 games. I only played a couple of games before I got booted and then couldnt get back on the site…but as always, you guys never fail to make us players happy and put things right. Way to go Vega!!!

Hi Fayne, did you contact our customer care team regards the above? That doesn't sound normal as your funding bonuses are credited to you shortly after you've successfully made a deposit.
Because we only monitor the blog for comments occasionally throughout the day, I highly recommend you contact our help desk with questions regarding bonuses as we'll be able to assist you much faster.
