I want to start off with a big THANK YOU for all of the great suggestions!

The new mascot will be…. (drum roll)

TAH DAH – Troll Doll  (thank you to clumzyazz for first suggestion)

Hi All, Beth here : )… Great news and something I’m really excited about – in the weeks to come, I’ll be slowly moving into my new role at Bingo Vega as Your Community Manager!

It kinda sounds like a fancy title, well, it’s one that I think we’ll be of great value to you, our loyal players.   I will be keeping you updated on my new role in the upcoming blog posts. :)

I’m writing to ask for your help.  As you know, we’ve got big plans for the Vega community in 09 and to ensure we’re able to deliver on our promise to you, I’m going to need all the help I can get it – your feedback and possibly the help of a Bingo Vega community mascot!

Yes that’s right – we need a mascot for Vega that can help jazz up our community, help us to further spoil you, and be there to lend a helping hand to make BingoVega a friendlier community.

So put on your thinking caps and let’s come up with a great mascot together, all suggestions are welcome.

    WEll of course it has to be named Shoupe…….. No doubt about that one. Maybe do something like a little man with wild hair color wild clothes…. his shirt should have the V on it for Vega…. that would be so cute.. I can see it in my mind lol.

    Well, I'm thinking it should go along with Vega's room names, how they are to do with space, lol! He would need to borrow Beth's cape too, haha! Should have a cape on…hmmm Maybe a dog, with a cape, a big V on his chest (for vega of course) and his name? Super Nova! haha! Ok, not so good on the name…i be thinking more on it. but Fantastic idea for a mascot!!

    How about naming the mascot the “Vega Victor,” in the shape of a V or double V
    V?
    Perhaps it could bestow BB's, during different timeframes, for daily depositors, who are in chat? This is my suggestion :)

    Some great ideas But after I read vegas comments of vega rooms having to do with space ( like i'm so blond sometimes) I think it maybe should be the space thing or vegas thing for vega. So my vote is either flying something like the wiz monkeys, showgirl, or alien lol

    ok here goes… how about an alien looking dude or dudette(whichever you prefer) animated of course.. with a too tight too small t-shirt on with the V on it..holding a dauber in one hand and a winning card in the other..or a special brownie that sam used to make us in the milkyway..lmao..anyhow..maybe you can switch his or hers outfit each month according to the holiday in which it holds..example..halloween,christmas,valentines day..etc.. just a thought..Thanks for all the fun and the blog here at vega..Good luck my Roomiesssssssssssss
