Hey All!

We would appreciate your feedback on making a good promotion GREAT!

Bingo Vega Member of the Month

It will be a month long special… Member of the Month will win a GREAT prize!

The prizes have not yet been finalized, but we are thinking of some cools prizes such as…

  1. A Laptop
  2. Digital Camera
  3. $500 shopping spree gift certificate to Amazon.com
  4. $500 shopping spree at Walmart
  5. All Member of the Month winners would be entered into the end of the year prize as well.

Rules: (suggestions) … here are some ideas:

  • Every week 10 players are entered into the contest based on number of games played, time spent at Vega,  friends referred, active on the community blog and in chat, and amount deposited.
  • Every week a CM nominates two players from chat that have shown the commoradity that’s important to Vega (active in chat games, helpful to other members, all around good character)
  • Then on our end, we’ll randomly select several players based on games played, amount of deposit
  • We will announce that week’s nominees on our bingo blog and vega bingo player of the month page
  • At the end of the month we’ll do a random “live draw”

Any feedback you can give is always welcome and very helpful!

    I have to tell you that Bingo Vega is the best bingo site online. I have played at other sites, but the CM's that you have here are so helpful and always cheery and asking how everyone is doing. I have nominated Ladonna over and over on CM of the month, she's great I love playing in her rooms. Anyways keep up the great work and I'm ready to see what you have in store for us next month.     I love the idea of player of the month but u need to nominate different ppl and not the same ones all the time, there are other players here at bingo vega that would love to be nominated and meet and the requirements but never seem to get nominated.
  • Our goal is to nominate those who deserve recognition. Unfortunately, we can only nominate 100 in a month, which are picked randomly based on our criteria. We hope to continually improve our selection process. As you might know, we had only 40 nominees for March's draw, and this month we will have 100 hopefuls.

    I love playing here but would like to have 2 things changed. 1. on the free games the only player that should be allowed to play are the ones that have deposited within the last 14 days, and on the bingo bucks please go back to the 200%. These 2 minor changes, in my opinion would make this bingo site un-beatable no other site could even come close to competing with bingo vega. Right now it is a great site, but with these 2 changes it would be the GREATEST site on the web.
  • I like the new look of bingovega, but I wish bingovega would go back to the 200% on the bingo bucks, it is much better for the players, I have played bingo at other online bingo parlors and don't go back because of the small amount of bingo bucks u can earn, plz bingo vega don't start being like them, we liked the way it was before.

  • Yes, concerning the free games, I notice that there are 205 ppl playing but I will bet they have not made a deposit in months probably only one deposit but yet they are allowed to play for free, but to win bbs u have to have deposited within 7 days, now does that sound right? I feel that the loyal players should be able to play in the free room and have a chance to win because we are always here and always deposit, we support this bingo site but yet ppl who never come back and deposit are here and winning the loyal players money, that should be changed asap.

    The only other thing I can think of would if you DID go with the 10 nominees.....is to maybe give the other 9 something along the line of a $20 gift card for Amazon, etc....or let them choose it in BB'S instead??

    Sounds like a lot of fun....and being that its being based on so many different aspects...it gives everyone a good chance at being selected.....and they prizes are great....very nice promo !!

    Love the idea of a player of the month, and I think it's great that you are basing it on so many different factors!! I like the idea of being nominated, but I'm on the fence on the random draw at the end of the month. I think personnally this should be decided (voted upon, whatever)by the CM'S that spend so much time with us, and maybe they give their personal nomination, then Beth and Joel make the final decision? Maybe there should be a rule in place that you can only win POM every so often? (3 months?) I'm also not feeling the amount of referrals...I'm sure many many of us have referred people, but the just don't join. Or, maybe they don't know anyone to refer! I love this site and the CM'S so much, and for almost all of us it's a part of our daily routine, even our lives! Keep up the great work, and I know we all appreciate the fact that you are including us in the site and helping to make decisions to make it even better!!!

    I really like that you guys are taking into account all the different factors of being a vega player for this player of the month promo! i definately agree on the amount of games played and time spent at Vega ( maybe if its even just in chat? Some people may be out of $$, but want to come in and chat with their roomies and CM'S!), amount of $$ deposited, active in blog and chat, etc.....There's only one thing I'm on the fence on. I like the nominee suggestion, but I really think it should be a decision between the CM's, Joel, Beth, and anyone else involved. If it's going to be a monthly thing, possibly there could be a rule that you can only win the POM every so many months (like 6 months??) I'm just not quite feeling the random draw...but you guys know best!!!! We love you guys and Vega, it's definately part of our daily lives....some of us would'nt have a life without it!!! LOL

    I THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA, HOWEVER, THOSE OF US TO CHOSE TO PLAY OUT OF CHT SEEMED TO BE PENALIZED.. I HAVE GONE INTO CHAT ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS AND THE ROOMIES ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.. I DONT KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THAT, BUT THIS IS THE REASON I PLAY OUT OF CHAT!

    @wildfirexox thanks for your comment. At Vega we pride ourselves for having great CMs and a wonderful roomies who are friendly. At times, regular roomies in chat get hot under the color about games and different topics, this is normal and we think it adds a certain spice to the chat experience. I'd welcome your suggestions about any ideas you may have to make Vega's chat experience even more exciting...feel free to email me your suggestions hallmanager@bingovega.com

    Now regards the member of the month - although being a roomie helps your chances at qualifying for the draw, it's not a must. We'd love all of our members to participate in chat but understand some players like to play bingo without chat and that's fine too. So don't worry, there are many ways to qualify. Good luck!

    honk honk e1 i think member of the month is a great ideal to win prizes im not a negative turkey always positive love the site cms roomies its the best but the key word you said was amount of deposit!!! in this day and age of whats going on with husbands loosing jobs from layoffs doors closing having to go on unemployment money is tight for everybody but i still come up with whats in my budget to play and i think alot of roomies will agree with me are chances are very slim being picked so to me is it really all about money ??? or who we really are that has made bingo vega the site it is i have not really won big here but i still play here please look at the deposit amount in a different way please honk honk turkeygoose

    hi turkeygoose, this is Joel ... we totally understand and couldn't agree more with you. That's why the criteria for the promotion is not just based on deposits, in fact the deposit criteria will only require that a member has funded at least once or more in the past 30 days so we ensure the player of the month nominees are active vega members. Beth will have complete announcement soon about all the details ... super excited to launch this special in March.

    My comment is, yes i agree it is perfect to reward people based on how much they play and win etc, but i also would like to add, that sometimes it would be nice just to reward the average player who is trying just as hard, but cannot deposit as much,so obiviously cannot play as long or win as much , but are still here. thank you, love this site, tried a lot of others but this is my favorite so far.

    I think its a great idea! I've met so many wonderful players glad I don't have to pick!. Great prizes I like laptop, and 500 gift certificates, lots of people have cameras but lets see theres blu-ray players,wii,flatscreens etc. very exciting Lmao if theres a prize for being in corner the longest I may qualify!     Try this again lol....I LOVE THIS SITE!!! you have the best payouts and bbs and now this..The prizes you are offering are great but what about letting the winner choose one of several prizes since everyone has different needs. Everyone had different needs, I would take the 500 walmart card, but know several people that would choose the camera. Just a thought. Regardless, I will continue to be a loyal member of vega.   • It is totally amazing all the new and fun stuff that is coming to vega including this. All players are totally awesome and now we will have a way to have a Bingo Vega Member of the Month. The prize ideas they have are really fantastic too.

    If you win a shopping spree, just think of all the silly string you can buy. Can stuff the closet full of it! Now don't tell me you wouldn't want to buy a supply of silly string? What there are other things you would get? What could possibly top that?

    Beth, I think this is a great idea. Just one problem it will be a real nail biter to try to nominate from all these great players. I may need to have my nails done quite often now. lol

    i think this site should have like 2 hours of cover all, ive been playing here for a couple of days now and i dont like it same old winners only won 10.00 out of 100.00. the cm are friendly but they take care of the people that been here longer and not the new ones..after my money is gone i wont be back...this site wouldnt be bad if they give u a chance but they dont
