As we have promised before, at BingoVega.com we’re far from the perfect bingo community but that doesn’t stop us from improving every day to better enhance your experience at Vega. We have proved to you that your suggestions and feedback are very important to us and we will always give all of our members the ability to voice their opinion: good or bad.
Recently over on our facebook fan page, one of our bingovegans shared their thoughts with the community. Here’s what they had to stay:
Cheyenne Tusna not listening to us who don’t make big deposits, but used to make deposits now and then,,listened to hollas4dollas about the friday night line up,I[m assuming a big depositor, but won’t give us players back some big guaranteed pots(500 or better), even when it was a majority vote. found another site that’s about the players,,,,so onward to there and no more deposits to vega
This particular comment got my attention as I was surprised to hear that a member of our community felt we were not listening to them or the community. (you can see my respond below)
Well, I, along the rest of the BingoVega family want to say this: we are listening to you. Even in the odds that when we host big pot games $500 and above as we have done in the past, there haven’t been much support shown in terms of players playing these games; we will bring you bigger variety games as promised.
That’s why, as a one time special, we will try out a massive game during this Friday’s Variety Bingo Event. We’ll be hosting a $10,000 Coverall bingo game with a minimum $1,000 guaranteed cash prize. This means, the game will start at $10,000 and after 40 calls, the prize will drop with each call until someone hits bingo in 75 calls.
So by the end of the game, one lucky member will walk away with at least $1,000 in cash prize.
Hope everyone will join us for this special bingo game on Friday and with your continuos support and feedback, we look forward to bringing you tons of bigger pots in the near future.
My reply back to Cheyenne, on Facebook:
Hi Cheyenne, I’m very sorry you feel this way – that’s horrible that we made you feel this way.
We appreciate and listent to all of our members as we try our best to accommodate to our best everyone’s suggestions and feedback.
As we have outlined before the $500 and plus games didn’t do well and hadn’t attracted the player volume.
But to ensure we are listening to our members and we will do our best to bring you big prizes. So without further ado, we will host a BIG $10,000 coverall with a minimum $1,000 guaranteed game this Friday as a test.
That’s $1,000 guaranteed cash with a chance to win $10,000.
This game will play this Friday during the Friday Mixer. I’ll post some more details on the blog shortly.
Hope to see you there this Friday. ^ Cindy

have been to all the pages still can't find out when the big bingo event is happening on Friday. all I get are the blogs and comments about it. Looked in the mixer page for friday, even more confused don't know what time to tune in. This may be Bingo Vega's problem the site to find these special events is impossible, can't plan ahead, so no one joins.

looked all over the site for info on time the big Friday evetnt will take place. Just got directed to blogs and info on the mixers which is even more confusing. can't find out what time so a lot of folks can't plan, and that is why no one joins.

most of the time..i dont bother with the “big” games or the free games designed as a second chance. The big games usually go to the same group of people while i just contribute, and I have noted many of the free games are won by top winners in the pay games with some folks winning repeatedly in spite of the large volume of players. It is good to play if you dont expect anything….but then WHY PLAY?

I dont bother with the “big” games as they usually are won by the high rollers and usual winners. The free games designed as a second chance, I have noted, are often won by familiar pay game names with many other repeat winners in spite of the large volume of players. This site is one of the few to my knowledge, that gives appreciation deposit bonus back to players. If it wasnt for that $ return (I use to play slots mostly), the bingo games would hold little or no interest for me due to the same people winning the majority of the time. Too many winning streaks and hat tricks for my taste. luck????????
