We’re so sorry for the delay you have experienced with your payouts as a result of EwalletXpress no longer processing payouts for US and Canadian Customers.
The lack of EwalletXpress service for payouts has certainly caused an uproar in our industry and here at BingoVega we have been impacted as well and are very sorry for the all the inconvenience this has caused you.
We would like to reassure you that we’re doing everything possible to launch our new check solution in the next couple of weeks and in the mean time, to ensure there are no further delays with your winnings and upcoming winnings, we’ll be processing all payouts via Money Gram.

It is discouraging. Problems with M/C Problems with ewallet to get your money out makes you a little nervous to deposit through. You are giving a 300% bonus to deposit with a service that is not even willing to give us payout back. I need to deposit but am concerned that maybe best to wait until some of these issues have been worked out. Or at least see some bonus for those of us who have to keep purchasing prepaid visa cards in the meantime. TY for letting me vent a little of my frustration love this site just a little discouraged

@dawnangel I can understand your concern. While we launch our new payout processing options, we will be processing all payouts on a timely manner without any delay via MoneyGrams or Money Order. So you can rest assure, that all winnings will continue to be processed with limited delay.
Regards deposit options, we have just introduced PICClub.com and are running a 300% bonus special on all deposits made via PICClub.com to Bingovega.com from Saturday to Monday.

We process cashouts on Mon/Wed/Fri. Simply submit your cash out request on any processing day and it will be verified and approved by the next cash out day. Cashouts over $500 will take an additional day to process.
that was under the hassle free cashouts link.
Its confusing one page says 30 days for deposit and another says 14 if i remember right…
In any case, with this hassle right now with ewallet its very hard to get a withdrawal through in that time period…
