I’d like to personally apologize to the community for the sudden change on the Garage Sale special for Wednesday. I had no idea this change would disappoint many of you, but due to CM scheduling we had to quickly modify the special.

I’d like to personally thank hollas4reddollas for keeping me accountable, who was extremely disappointed as a result of this change.

As I wrote to hollas4reddollas, you’re right, the change is unfair and I should have been more responsible in informing the entire community ahead of time regards the change. This was very silly and unprofessional on my part and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience I have personally caused you.

I hope this isolated incident doesn’t break the trust many of you have given us as in the past, as 99% of the time, when we promote a special, we commit to.

Although every company holds the right to change, cancel or modify their promotion or special, without further notice to its customers, this is not the company we aspire to be at Bingo vega, as we believe in a two way communication with all of our members. That is why, this incident is so hard for me to swallow because I didn t live up to Bingovega s commitment to you and again I’m very sorry for letting you down.

I can personally promise you that we will host the Bargain Bingo week special again in the very near future and I’ll be sure to include the Little Dipper Shoup Garage sale.
