Our faces are still red…
Lately, it seems that every time we offer free $100 games, we get hit with one technical problem or another.
Last night around 11:00 est, we ran into an unforeseen problem, which slowed down the site considerably and made it impossible for players to log in. Our tech team again was in ‘code red’, and they did a great job of getting the servers back up and everything running smoothly as quickly as possible.
It’s only fair, and in Vega’s nature, to make this up to you. However, we need to get to the bottom of these issues before we can schedule another session of $100 free games. We think that you are more than worth enjoying our promotions and regular play without any type of interruption or loss of quality that playing online bingo at Vega provides.
On behalf of the Vega team, I’d like to extend my deepest apologies for these issues. Please trust that we’ll fix this issue, and we’ll provide a lot more goodies and freebies for all.

Wow, once again you amazed me! When I logged in i found $150 from playing slots this weekend!! Thanky you again . Sorry about the problem with the Free $100. The CM”S were so patient and helpful even though I saw some mean talk about them. Some of the players had lots of spirit and rushed into the room to have their say!!!!Loved it……CM'S you have a loyal following!!!

I wasn't here for the free games, cuz I had to work uggghhh…but..IF they didn't play due to the tech problems, chit happens..I'm sure joel and the team are trying their best to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it, and I'm also sure that joel will make this up in some way or another to all players..as he usually does..Everyone needs to just be patient as these are FREE games.. Some complain that there are too many ppl in there to even try and win, and others complain about anything and everything. I'm sure everything will be worked out and I hope that it makes most of the players happy.. As far as the CM's go..They are 100% the best… I love each and every one of them, for thier efforts in trying to keep everyone happy, and those players who are not so friendly, they are still kind to. God Bless them..cuz I know If I was a CM (god knows me) I would be muting and booting…lmao Just try and sit back, relax, and have some fun.. and most of all try and be patient. Gooooooo Roooomiessssssssssss

Yes we do have a wonderful staff here. The players here are the best though and make it great being a member of the staff. Thanks for the nice comments everyone.
The tech team is hard at work resolving any issues. Thank you to all you wonderfal players for your patience. Keep watching the blog here for updates and feel free to post your comments.

Wow, sorry you had problems with the free games. I think it's awesome that you offer any kind of free game. I'm sure you'll get it figured out. There are definitely some players who do get riled up though pretty easy. I say to them just chill, things will get done in due time. Keep up the good work bingovega and thanks for all the free games that you do offer. It's nice to win even a little one when a person's low on funds. Keep up the patience CM'S,not sure how you do it, but you guys are great too!!!Love bingovega. Keep on rockin!!!!

I am sure bingo vega is doing everything possible to keep their players happy and satisfied. So techinal problems take a while to track down, I am sure all of us will be patient why u hunt down the problem. Good luck with “killing” those bugs lol.
