Earlier this morning between 7am to 9am EST, we were hard at work behind the scenes setting up the new feature for you, “Choose Your Own Bonus”.

After some testing and a couple of live transactions, we found a pesky little bug – so we called in the bug terminator squad (aka our tech team) to take care of business.

As Beth informed the community on the fan page – we are deeply sorry (ONCE AGAIN) for messing up the 2nd chance room this past Monday night for those who qualified.

Our new attitude as of late has been, if we make a mistake, fix it right away and make it up to our members ASAP.

So here’s how we plan to make it up to you:

• we will re-host the 2nd chance room on Wednesday, May 19th from 6pm to 8pm EST
• throughout this week, we’ll make sure the 2nd chance room is tested and opens at the right time every Monday for 6pm to 8pm EST for all qualified players.

We’ve put together the BingoVega id of all qualified members for the Wednesday, May 19th session – you’ll get 2hrs of non stop $25 free bingo games.

As promised, this past week, we poured all of our resources into finding a solution to the weekly Special Events room not opening up at 8pm EST on Saturdays.

Though we believe, we’ve ironed out the issue, we can’t say for certaintity that the patch we applied has eliminated the issue. That’s why, this weekend our tech team will be standing by to monitor the room in real time for any issues.

Here’s what will happen this weekend with the Special Events room:

• the Special Events room will only open at 7pm on Friday & 8pm on Saturday. The room will not pre-open and it will appear on the game lobby at the scheduled start time.
• if you wish to pre-buy cards for the Friday & Saturday special events, you’ll need to go to the “Pre Order cards” link from our “Account” navigation bar
• in an unlikely event, should the room not open at the scheduled 7pm (Friday) & 8pm (Saturday) time, we will not be able to do a simple server restart as we’ve done in the past, but our tech teams are going to monitor the room closely
• If there’s an unlikely tech error, next week, we’ll move the Special Events sessions into an alternative room and we will certainly compensate our members for any inconvenience this real time test causes
