Recently, we hosted a promotion to celebrate the launch of our Facebook fan page.  In this promotion we gave away $10 in bonus to the first 25 players that joined our Fan Page and posted their alias.  To say that we were blown away by the response of our players is an understatement.  At the time of this writing, we have a staggering 281 fans!  I would just like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart – this truly is an amazing turnout for our community.

However, we did receive a lot of feedback letting us know there was some confusion with the deails of this promotion.  For example, on our frontpage we had hosted an advertisement that had given off the message of “Join our Facebook fan page, receive $10″.  It was only if this link was followed that lead to the full write up of this promotion, which fully explained any type of restrictions of this exciting deal.  I fully understand how some members might have understood this promotion, and likewise the subsequent disappointment they must have felt when they didn’t receive a credit.  For this we are very sorry.

But wait, I have some good news.  As a measure of how apologetic that we all are, we would like to make things right and credit ALL fans that signed up and/or posted on the Bingo Vega fan page.  Here, for clarity, is the full criteria for getting your bonus:

What happened to the games on Wednesday?

Last night, we experienced some technical difficulties and endured some downtime while we tried to bring the site up as quickly as possible.  As bad as this situation might be during regular Vega hours; the effect of this downtime was even worse because it just so happened to coincide with our free $100 games.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you.  I can understand everyone’s upset at what happened last night – and rightfully so.  No one benefits from server downtime.
