just would like to take a momment and say what a wonderful job your CM on duty last nigh did. It was a stressful situation with people irate in the rooms. They handled themselves with dignity, professionalism and poise. For those who were so irate I would say get a life things happen its how we act when things go wrong that show who and what we are. This site has had some issues, however, they always seem to make an honest effort to make things right.
Again only praise for your cm's on a job well done.

You hit it dead on! Last night we were really having a blast and then poof I got froze out and just kinda sat her looking at my computer going what the frig.
It was like having a big party and the main guest didn't show up.
Even though my pre-bought games played it was not the fact that I lost that had me down, it was the whole team spirit thing fizzling and the excitement of being 1 away gone. Like that big exciting fireworks your going to see and poof its just was 1 big Dud.
So I do appreciate you guys take the time and recognize our dismay.

No problem, it happens. I tried so many times to get in on the main page, finally I did but couldn't log in. I thought my computer had a problem again, since our computer got hit with a virus and we had to get it fixed.

Anytime you try improving sites, this kind of thing happens, and it just takes a little adjustment for everything to run smooth again. At least you guys are trying to make things better, not that they need it. And you have more then made up for any inconvenience that we have had.
When the dust settles we will have the best place to play bingo on the net, bar none.(Not that we don't already)

Thanks to all the players for being so understanding.
I know we were having a lot of fun with team bingo Friday night when Shoupe started kicking e1 out.
I know Joel and the tech team are working very hard to get all the bugs out.
I have to say we have the best roomies anywhere on the net.
I did try to crawl in the window to get back in when I got booted but cat kept throwing bingo balls and daubers at me and she locked the dang window.
Just you wait cat, I am buying a new cage just for you lol.

I saw a great cage the other day that might work. But cats sure are sneaky you may have to get a special lock for it.
We have the best players online. So understanding and patient as the tech team works out all the techie things!
