picclub does not require anything but a govt I.D if you are using visa. It is raher complicated to get signed on and actually make a depo. the instructions they give are way too simple for what needs to be actually done. They do have fees. The part I dont like is them telling you there are fees, but not actually what they are. I have never tried to withdraw thru them, but I hope I dont have to given the complexities of the deposit agenda!lol I depod 50 and it cost me 4.50. Not sure I want to pay money to anyone to “give” money to a third party. I usually play slots at vega because winning at bingo s a miracle event for me. Same winners are killing me!
